Processing Time
Please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your order. This includes checking the items, carefully packing them, and handing the package over to the shipping carrier. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number. Keep in mind that processing time is in addition to the delivery time shown at checkout.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
We offer worldwide shipping via UPS Standard and UPS Express. Below are the delivery terms for each region:
United States, Canada, Mexico
Standard shipping costs $9 for orders under $150. Orders above $150 ship for free. UPS Express shipping is available for $15. Delivery time is approximately 4–6 business days for standard and 2–3 days for express.
United Kingdom & Europe
Standard shipping costs $9 for orders under $150, and shipping is free on orders over $150. UPS Express is also available for $15. Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days, and express takes 2–3 days.
Australia
Shipping costs $18.90 on all orders. Free shipping is available for orders over $250. UPS Express is not currently available.
Asia, Middle East, and Latin America
Shipping costs $25, with free shipping starting from $250. UPS Express is not currently available in these regions.
Africa, Oceania & Remote Regions
Shipping costs $39.90, with free shipping starting from $350. UPS Express is not currently available.
Duties and Taxes
Shipping within the United States
Orders shipped within the U.S. are not subject to sales tax, import duties, or additional fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
International Orders
For international shipments, your local customs office may charge additional taxes or duties upon delivery. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Fatale Manner is not responsible for reporting or paying any international taxes. Any applicable duties or taxes must be paid by the customer to receive the package. These charges are non-refundable, including in the event of a return.
Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, due to customs regulations, we are currently unable to ship to certain countries, including Algeria, Tunisia, Albania, Kosovo, and a few others. We apologize for this temporary inconvenience and hope to offer shipping to these locations in the future.
