Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase or order number is required for processing.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Include your order number and reason for the return.

• Our customer service will provide further instructions.

Shipping Fees

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Returns

• After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item.

Conditions of Returned Items

• All returned products must be in pristine condition, with original tags and packaging.

• Items that appear used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Lost or Damaged Returns

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returns.

• Fatale Manner is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

 

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Panties

• Bodysuits

• Stockings

• Tights

• Custom-made items

• Gift cards

International Returns

• International returns must be clearly marked as “RETURN” to avoid customs fees.

• Fatale Manner is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with international returns.
