Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase or order number is required for processing.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Include your order number and reason for the return.

Our customer service will provide further instructions.


Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Processing Returns

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item.

Conditions of Returned Items

All returned products must be in pristine condition, with original tags and packaging.

Items that appear used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Lost or Damaged Returns

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returns.

Fatale Manner is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Stockings

Tights

Custom-made items

Gift cards


International Returns

International returns must be clearly marked as “RETURN” to avoid customs fees.

Fatale Manner is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with international returns.
