Processing Time
Please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your order, especially during periods of high demand. This includes quality checks, careful packaging, and preparing your parcel for shipment. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please note: processing time is not included in the estimated shipping timeframe.

Duties and Taxes
United States
There are no sales taxes or import duties on domestic orders within the U.S. Your delivery is completely tax-free.
International Orders
If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., your parcel may be subject to local duties or taxes upon arrival. These are not included in the prices listed on our website or in your checkout total.
Fatale Manner is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges applied in your country.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If taxes or duties are due, they must be paid to release the package from customs. These fees are non-refundable, even if you decide to return the item.

Please note: Due to specific customs regulations, we are currently unable to deliver to certain countries, including Algeria, Tunisia, Albania, Kosovo, Russia and a few others.
